Tinting is as simple as A,B,C...

A - Set the E-Z Lock™ measuring bars to the correct formula
B - Set the cycles in the multiplier
(using a quart/litre formula, set the cycle to 1 for the quart/litre and 4 for the gallon/4 litre can).
C - Press Start

For multiple cans, press start after the first can... just like an automatic.

The E-Z Lock™ measuring bar system with "steel jaw" lock action guarantees sure locking of the measuring bar:
To set simply:
1. Move red tab to the right
2. Set bar to desired scale setting
3. Release red tab to lock in place

Nothing could be easier. The calibrated measuring rod is locked securely in place and ready to tint. For multiple cans of the same color, no resetting is necessary. Our design eliminates time-consuming steps, giving store personnel the freedom to provide the best service to your customers.

Units are equipped with cone exit clusters specifically designed for tinting through a bung hole in a 5 gallon (20 litre) can.
Hole diameter must be 1 1/4 inch (32mm) or greater.

Rubber Valved Exit Cluster (optional)
The rubber exit cluster is molded with individual valves for each colorant. The colorant forces the valve open only when dispensing. Helps prevent overnight drying of colorant in the lines or nozzles. This type of exit cluster works best for users that specialize mainly in 1 gallon or smaller cans.
