HERO Introduces a Two Color System 24 Canister Automatic Colorant Dispenser
HERO now offers its clients the ability to combine two complete colorant systems within one compact dispenser. This 24 canister configuration is available in three different models; A200, A250 and A450. The A200 and A250 are designed for small to mid size paint retailers and only require 34.5” diameter floor space. In most cases this is not much more than the space required by a store’s existing manual floorstand dispenser. The model A450 is designed for mid to large volume stores and delivers an outstanding .3L/min x 4 circuits or 1.2L/min dispense capability. This unit is also very compact at only 52” wide x 29”Deep x 50” height.
All above models incorporate HERO’s patented Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) dispensing technology. PCP is an industry proven, unique, innovative, and revolutionary pump design which allows HERO to offer the first truly low maintenance automatic colorant dispensers. In fact, we believe it offers the lowest cost of ownership available on the market today. The models A200, A250 and A450 incorporate this PCP technology into their unique cartridge design pump which allows for quick, clean and simple replacement. In addition, these models further reduce yearly maintenance costs as they do not suffer calibration drift like competing technologies.
