New One Gallon Vortex Mixer – Model S2450 & S2451
HERO releases its new model one gallon vortex mixers. HERO’s engineering team in conjunction with input, testing and evaluations from key industry customers has completed a product improvement and enhancement project on its already successful line of S2400 series mixers. This project involved one year testing and on going product improvement modifications which has lead to the development of what we believe to be one of the most reliable one gallon vortex mixers available today!
Some of the key product enhancements are as follows:
New reduced overall footprint 25”H x 18”W x 24.5”D
Stronger mix frame with heavy duty 3 point suspension
Easy access controls with mechanical timer or optional digital push button timer
Addition of an optional cycle counter
Improved spill containment tray design
Nylatron™ gears tested to over 100,000 mix cycles
Fastest mix results on the market while maintaining industry leading balance and vibration performance
Stronger rotating door hinges and redesigned user friendly door handle
Silicone conformal coated control board for improved electronics protection against moisture and humidity
New injection molded Quart adapter – stronger design and better can fit
Addition of specially designed space saving Dual or Quad Stacking stands
