HERO initiates Lean plan to improve operating and manufacturing productivity
HERO Products Group, a manufacturer of paint equipment products, initiates Lean Manufacturing Philosophy which will result in improved product quality, reduction in lead times, higher on-time delivery rates and improved productivity.
HERO has employed these new Lean principles, in conjunction with the integration of Highland’s manufacturing line, into its newly acquired Delta, B.C. facility. Lean Manufacturing principles will also be used to optimize and streamline production of all HERO products, which include; automatic and manual colorant dispensers, paint shakers and mixers, airless paint sprayers and cold water pressure washers.
