Investment in Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.
(“NIR”)
We
are pleased to announce that the principals of I.C.T.C.
Holdings Corporation “I.C.T.C.” of Vancouver,
British Columbia, have agreed to provide financing to
Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. pursuant to a
transaction involving a combination of secured debt
and share purchase warrants. I.C.T.C. operates the HERO
Products Group, which manufacture and distribute a product
range of equipment consisting of manual, semi-automatic
and automatic colorant dispensers, mixers, shakers,
industrial mixing devices, airless paint sprayers and
commercial pressure washers.
Napier
Environmental Technologies Inc. "Napier",
is a publicly traded company trading on the Toronto
Stock Exchange under the symbol “NIR”. This
financing enables Napier to achieve its objectives of
being a major supplier of environmentally friendly “green”
products. Napier develop, manufacture and distribute
a wide range of surface preparation products for coatings
removal, as well as a complete line of wood restoration
products that are distributed through major paint companies
and retailers. These products are protected by an extensive
portfolio of patents and trademarks, which include the
Bio-wash and RemovALL labels. Napier is well recognized
in the consumer, institutional and industrial markets
and has a strong following of distributors and retailers.
This line of products complements the HERO line of products
and distribution and enables I.C.T.C. to provide a more
complete line of products to its customers.

this entry into the surface preparation and restoration
products, I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation is now well
positioned through its HERO Products Group and NIR to
provide a comprehensive line of paint equipment and
related products for the global paint industry.
