C. Balmer, President and Chief Operating Officer of
I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation is pleased to announce
that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the
colorant dispensing and paint mixing business from Highland
Laboratories Inc. of Ashland, Massachusetts. This transaction
is scheduled to close on April 29, 2005.
Highland
Laboratories Inc., established in 1953, is a leader
in the supply of dispensing and mixing equipment to
the paint industry and will complement the other groups
within the I.C.T.C. group of companies. This acquisition
will provide an expanded product offering for the HERO
Products Group, who is the world leader in manual colorant
dispensing equipment for the paint industry.I.C.T.C.,
“Integrated Color Technologies Corporation”
is a North American based business with head offices
located in Vancouver, Canada, engaged in the design,
manufacture and distribution of quality equipment for
the paint industry. Its product line includes automatic
and manual colorant dispensers, paint sprayers, paint
shaking and mixing equipment and pressure washers. This
is the second acquisition within six months in an aggressive
growth plan to become a more prominent source of supply
of equipment to the paint industry. I.C.T.C. has a mandate
to grow internally through the introduction of new products
and externally by acquisition of companies whose products
are sold through similar channels of distribution. For
