VANCOUVER, November 17, 2011 – The H.E.R.O. Products Group (HERO), a division of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation,announced today that they have acquired MAST Tinting Systems of Santo André, Brazil, the distributor of HERO Products. This relationship will form a merger between the MAST Partners and HERO, whereby the MAST Owners become Partner’s in HERO’s newly formed division, HERO Latin America (“HLA”).
Steve Balmer, President & COO of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation is pleased to announce that the 3 former shareholders of MAST will join HERO as Partner’s in HLA. They bring over 23 years of tinting systems experience to this new relationship.
Mr. Balmer states that “MAST’s experience, and established infrastructure, has created HERO’s significant market share in the Brazilian market and that this new partnership will result in a faster growing and more highly structured presence in the Latin American market. I’ve known MAST for over 4 years and I’m very much impressed with their results driven attitude and the respect that they have earned by the customers who they have developed over their many years of servicing this industry”.
HLA will operate from an 18,000 square foot facility near to Saõ Paulo, where they will manufacture and distribute a full range of automatic and manual dispensers and mixers, in support of the Latin American market requirements.
Marco Storel will leverage his experience, and the experience of his Partners, Daniel Gondelman and Denis Frada, to use the structure of HLA to serve the rest of the Latin American market, including the balance of South America, Central America and Mexico.
