Vancouver, September 12, 2011 – The H.E.R.O. Products Group (HERO), a division of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation, announced today that they have acquired the assets related to the paint mixing and shaking business of Ultrablend LLC (“Ultrablend”).
This transaction will benefit Ultrablend customers with continuity in the supply of equipment and parts. In addition, HERO will gain additional customer relationships for its full line of colorant dispensing, mixing and shaking products as well as extending this well respected full product line to its existing customers.

Holdings Corporation says: “HERO’s high level of service and existing customer and supply chain relationships will be an asset to the thousands of points of sale (“POS”) currently utilizing the Ultrablend mixers and shakers”. The acquisition of the mixing and shaking business brings a complimentary lineup of 5 gallon vortex mixers to HERO. The TruMix 5 can handle 80 pounds while the TruMix XHD handles 125 pounds. In addition, a third 5 gallon vortex mixer, the Ergo 5 is an important product for concerned retailers and paint manufacturers who are operating stores that are focused on compliancy matters related to SHE (“Safety Health Environment”). The other product that will be added is the TruMix 1. The TruMix 1 has a very large installed base in the USA and has one of the smallest footprints in the industry.
